JUNIOR SEASON (2007-08):.
Returns to the Irish lineup after starting the first 12 games ... primarily a point guard, he is expected to see time as both a point guard and shooting guard this season ... will team with sophomore Tory Jackson to form one of the BIG EAST Conference's high-powered backcourts ... a true leader on the floor with strong quarterbacking skills ... excellent outside shooter who should rank as one of Notre Dame's top perimeter threats ... will look to become one of the squad's main scoring options ... needs to work on becoming a better defensive player off of the ball ... displays toughness and moxie on the floor ... fearless player who must continue to be aggressive when he is in the game ... plays with a great deal of passion ... a good ballhandler who knows how to take control of a game ... has excellent vision and court awareness ... team's most consistent perimeter shooter ... his style of play fits in well with Irish system ... can mix up his game by driving to the basket ... has a great instinct for dictating tempo of the game.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2006-07):
Played and started the first 12 games of the season ... scored a career-high 21 points against Rider as he connected on 7-11 shots from the field and a 7-9 performance from three-point range ... the seven three-pointers against the Broncs marked a career-high ... also dished off six assists and did not commit a turnover in the game ... for the second straight game notched a career-high when he scored 20 points (first 20-point effort of his career) against Alabama ... missed just two shots in the contest as he was 7-9 from the field and 4-6 from three-point range ... in outing prior to that game, scored 18 points against Maryland, while matching a personal-best by playing 37 minutes ... scored 12 second-half points, including 10 in decisive 25-7 second-half run ... also finished with five assists in the game ... started current three-game double-figure scoring streak with 10-point effort against Winston-Salem St. ... dished off a career-high 12 assists against Lafayette (nine in the second half) ... scored eight points in loss to Butler ... earned player-of-the-game honors versus Maryland at the BB&T Classic ... finished with nine points in win over Elon while hitting a career-best 6-6 from the line ... scored nine points and dished off eight assists against Rider ... has dished off six or more assists in five games ... named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the week of Dec. 11.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2005-06):
Played in all 29 games and earned starts in 10 contests in his rookie season ... averaged 6.6 points, 1.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists ... missed season finale against Michigan with a sprained ankle ... was in the starting lineup in the IPFW, Marquette (twice), Georgetown, Louisville, Rutgers, South Florida, Seton Hall, Connecticut and Providence contests ... in the IPFW game (his first collegiate start), started in place of Chris Quinn who had suffered an ankle injury in practice just two days prior to the contest ... scored in double figures in eight games overall ... became first freshman to score in double figures in four consecutive games since Chris Thomas in 2001-02 ... started string of consecutive double-figure scoring outings when he tossed in a career-high 16 points against Niagara as he made 6-8 shots from the field and was 4-6 from three-point range ... also dished off a career-best five assists in the game ... followed that game up with a 14-point outing versus Columbia as he hit 5-8 from the field and was 3-6 from beyond the arc ... named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the week of Dec. 26 after averaging 15.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in games against Niagara and Columbia ... scored 10 points in win over Fordham and had 12 in win over Wofford as he connected on all four of his shot attempts that included three from three-point range ... during the four-game stretch shot .708 (17-24) from the field and .632 (12-19) from three-point range ... scored all 12 of his points (all in the first half) as he connected on four three-pointers against Providence ... tallied Notre Dame's final nine points of the first half in a span of 1:30 that enabled the Irish to gain a 52-40 halftime advantage ... did not turn the ball over in consecutive outings against Louisville and Rutgers spanning 77 minutes ... scored eight points and dished off four assists against the Cardinals ... also had eight points and a career-high eight assists versus the Scarlet Knights ... finished with second-highest point total of season in second meeting with Marquette as he scored 14 points, grabbed four rebounds and matched career-best with eight assists while playing 37 minutes ... scored 11 points hitting 3-4 from three-point range against Providence ... was 3-5 from the field in scoring eight points in second meeting against DePaul ... scored seven points in first-round NIT win over Vanderbilt ... has played 20-plus minutes in 18 games and 30-plus minutes in seven contests, including a career-best 37 versus IPFW and Marquette (second meeting) ... netted seven points in collegiate debut versus Lafayette ... hit both of his three-point attempts and finished with six points in win at Alabama ... against IPFW scored six points, dished off four assists and grabbed three rebounds.

New York Class A Player of the Year as a senior ... earned New York City Scholar-Athlete of the Year honors in final scholastic campaign ... four-time all-conference selection, in addition to two all-city and two all-state nods ... named a New York Post all-star and the Daily News Player of the Year as a senior ... three-time Staten Island Advance all-star selection ... first player in Moore Catholic history to letter in basketball four years ... had his #23 jersey retired by Moore Catholic ... registered 900-plus points during his junior and senior seasons, scoring 902 and 904 respectively ... owned a 25.7 points per game scoring average during prep career ... also finished with a career school record 86.0 percent (669-778) from the free throw line including a career-best and school record 92.9 percent effort as a freshman ... registered 13 career games of 40-plus points ... averaged 34.8 points, 8.0 assists, 7.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game as a senior ... hit 124 3-point field goals as a senior for a New York record 4.77 per game ... scored 34.7 ppg as a junior while also pulling down six rebounds and handing out six assists per game ... career high came as a junior when he dropped 59 points on Monsignor McClancy ... carded 19 points and five assists per game as a sophomore, 13 points and five assists per contest in his first scholastic season ... scored 12 points on 5-of-11 shooting in 21 minutes at the 2005 Old Spice Red Zone All-Star Shootout ... also participated in the 2005 Capital Classic turning in eight points four rebounds and three assists in 19 minutes ... high school coach was Rich Postiglione.
